Pilots and Maintenance Personnel - EAS pilots must have a minimum of 2,500 hours of flight experience, 500 hours of flying multi-engine aircraft, 250 hours of flying instruments, an ATP license (Airline Pilot license, the highest certificate available to a civilian pilot), and a first class medical certificate. EAS aircraft undergo a carefully managed maintenance regimen overseen by Bombardier training technicians at their authorized support facilities.

In fact, all inspections done on EAS aircraft meet or exceed the provisions for fractional aircraft providers specified by the Federal Aviation Administration.
