Program Outline

The EAS Fractional ownership strategy is unique and flexible. There are several methods of ownership to choose from. EAS Limited Liability Company Aircraft Ownership as outlined in our Programs 1, 2 & 3, and Conventional Fractional Ownership as outlined in our Program 4. Limited Liability Ownership works through the purchase of LLC membership units of the company that owns the aircraft. Owners will be allotted their proportional participation in the aircraft. Units will be issued in an amount equal to the owner's total investment in the aircraft, including a one-time upfront flight ops fee. This up front flight ops fee covers the cost of the owner's airtime over the 10-year term of the contract.

As with all fractional ownership arrangements, the owner's total investment reflects their selected participation level in the aircraft itself (capital outlay) plus Flight Operation (flight op) expenses made up of management fees and hourly airtime charges.

Capital Outlay

This is the cost of an owner's initial participation in the aircraft. For example, if a Challenger 604 costs $24 million and the owner's participation is one-third, his capital outlay will be $8 million.

Flight Operation Expenses

Fixed
Management fees are monthly fees to cover management of the aircraft, flight scheduling and aircraft positioning charges, hangar fees, pilot, crew and maintenance salaries and training, and all areas of insurance including hull, residual value, property & casual, and liability insurance.

Direct
Hourly airtime charges cover the direct operational expenses of the aircraft, including fuel, aircraft and engine maintenance, fly-over and landing fees, and in some cases food & beverage costs.
